Our journey began with a passion for helping people. Through Janalene’s experience in real estate, she discovered how rewarding it was to help families find a place to call home. Along the way, she realized that finding the right home was only part of the picture—protecting it was just as important.
As a family with children who drive, pets we love, and experience owning a small business, we understand how important insurance is in everyday life. From homes and vehicles to small businesses and personal belongings, everyone’s needs are different.
That inspired Janalene to become a licensed insurance agent and establish It Matters Insurance, Inc., a family-owned independent insurance agency serving Florida. With Aaron supporting the agency as Office Administrator, our goal is to make the insurance experience more approachable, informative, and personal.
